Illicit misappropriation of tangible and intangible assets is one of the most common problems within companies, both Italian and foreign. Inside Agency supports companies in the collection of evidence aimed at identifying the perpetrators of illicit conduct, encouraging them to adopt measures and tools of prevention suitable to reduce any risks that could compromise the corporate image.

The theft of company assets justifies dismissal with just cause, regardless of the value and extent of the assets stolen. What is relevant is the “dishonest” behaviour of the worker who, as such, affects the working relationship by integrating the extremes of “conduct that could call into question the future correctness of his/her performance, as symptomatic of a certain behaviour on the part of the employee regarding the obligations assumed”.
